By using faerypaper.com you agree to these Terms and to our License and Refund policies.

Products are sold through Stripe as Merchant of Record. Most are printed to order and posted to you; some are digital downloads. All designs are © faerypaper and their use is governed by the License.

Most items are made to order from details you provide — a name, a font, a background colour. They are printed for you after you pay, cannot be sold to anyone else, and are therefore final: we cannot refund a personalised print for a change of mind or a misspelling. Please check your details before paying. If what arrives is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it. Personalised art is for personal use only — see the Personalised Art License.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
