By using faerypaper.com you agree to these Terms and to our License and Refund policies.

Products are digital downloads sold through Stripe as Merchant of Record. All designs are © faerypaper and their use is governed by the License.

Some items are made to order from details you provide — a name, a font, a colour. These are generated for you at the moment you pay, cannot be resold to anyone else, and are therefore final: we cannot refund a personalised file for a change of mind or a misspelling. Please check your details before paying. If the file itself is faulty, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix or replace it. Personalised items are licensed for personal use only — see the Custom Digital Downloads License.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
