First check your spam / promotions folder. Your download link appears on the Downloads page immediately after payment, and is emailed to you too. Still stuck? Send us a message below with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend your files right away.

Each design is a seamless 3600 × 3600 px tile (12″ × 12″ at 300 DPI) plus a smaller-scale version, delivered as high-quality JPG files. It's an instant digital download — no physical item is shipped.

Yes — personal and small-business commercial use is allowed (print-on-demand, products, packaging, and more). Please don't resell or share the files as-is. Full details on our License page.

Ordered here? Your files arrive as one .zip — double-click to unzip it (on a phone, use your Files app). Ordered on Etsy? The JPGs download individually, with nothing to unzip. Either way the JPG images work anywhere — Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut Design Space, Illustrator and more.

Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final — but if anything's wrong (a corrupt file, the wrong item), message us and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy.
