Right after checkout you land on your Downloads page, with a button for each file (and a “Download all” option). We also email you that same link, so keep the email — you can re-download anytime.

First check your spam / promotions folder. Your download link appears on the Downloads page immediately after payment, and is emailed to you too. Still stuck? Send us a message below with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend your files right away.

It depends what you bought. Wall art is a poster: we print it on archival matte fine art paper at 300 DPI in the shape you chose, with your name on it if you asked for one, and post it to you unframed — free shipping anywhere in the USA. A custom pet portrait is painted from your photo and emailed to you as print-ready files, one per frame shape. A digital paper is a 3600 × 3600 px tile (12″ × 12″ at 300 DPI) that repeats edge to edge — an instant download, with nothing to post.

It depends which line. Seamless patterns and digital papers allow personal and small-business commercial use — print-on-demand, products, packaging and more; just don't resell the files as-is. Printed wall art and pet portraits are personal use only. Full details on our License page.

Your Downloads page has a button for every file, so you can take them one at a time with nothing to unzip. “Download all” bundles them into a single .zip — double-click to unzip it (on a phone, use your Files app). Either way the JPG images work anywhere — Canva, Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut Design Space, Illustrator and more.

Almost everything is printed to order — your artwork, your colour, your name — so it can't be restocked and we can't refund a printed order for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, misprinted or never arrives, we reprint it or refund you, free. Files are final once downloaded, but if one is faulty or wrong, message us and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy.

Nothing is printed until you order it, so allow 2–7 business days to print and 2–5 to travel — most walls land within about 4–12 business days. Tracking is emailed when it ships, postage is already in the price, and a big wall can arrive as two parcels on different days. Full details on our Shipping policy page.

We'll reprint it or refund you, free, and there's nothing to post back. Send us your order number and a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it. Printed walls are made to order, so we can't take one back for a change of mind — the full terms are on our Returns & Replacements page.
