Refund Policy

Almost everything we sell is printed to order — your artwork, your colour, your name on it — so it cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else. We can't refund a printed order for a change of mind, but if one arrives damaged, misprinted or never arrives at all we reprint it or refund you, free. The full terms are on Returns & Replacements.

The few things still sold as files — seamless patterns, digital papers, pet portraits — are final once downloaded, because a file cannot be handed back.

If something's wrong either way — a print is faulty, a file won't open, or you received the wrong item — email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or replace it right away.
