Delivery Policy

Almost everything we sell is printed for you and posted — art prints, sets and gallery walls, on archival matte fine art paper. Nothing is printed until you order it, postage is included in the price you see, and we ship within the United States. Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves the press — see the Shipping Policy for how long that takes, and Returns & Replacements for what happens if it turns up damaged or never turns up at all.

Seamless patterns and digital papers are still instant downloads, and they are the exception now rather than the rule. There is nothing to post for those, so there is no shipping cost, no address and no wait, wherever you are.

A download is ready the moment your payment clears. You'll land on a download page straight after checkout, and the same link is emailed to you automatically. Save the files to your own device once they're downloaded.

You can also get your downloads back at any time from the My Downloads page: enter the email you bought with and we'll send you a sign-in link.

If your download hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us — we'll resend it right away.
